Meredith has dark eyes and long dark hair with beautiful olive skin. She is tall and willowy but possesses an elegant air around her. She may not be the blonde, green eyed Queen of Robert E. Lee High School or the resident red-headed druid descendant, but Meredith is one of the most sought after girls in all of Fell's Church. She possesses a natural, subtle look about her unlike the more exotic Caroline Forbes with her auburn hair and tan from a bottle.

At the Homecoming dance Meredith is wearing a "pure sweep of burgundy satin gathered tight at the waist and pouring into folds from the hips" with her hair hanging loose around her.
